| After first ordering my item I was told it was no-longer in stock, then a few hours later they contacted me again to let me know that there'd been a mistake and if I was still interested, and by way of apology they wavered the shipping fee! After a week an a half had passed with still no sign of delivery I contacted them again, and they apologies for the fact that it must have been lost in the mail and dispatched a second item, also free of charge and it arrived the next day! So all in all very impressed with the level of service, they went well above and beyond what I would expect a retailer to do and I will be buying again as well as recommending them to all my fellow RP geeks! :D |

Secure transport - my items came in a recycled box, which was wrapt in a bubble envelope.
